The Anti-Ageing EXPO is an open to the public event, where individuals can meet directly with professionals and specialists showcasing the latest in cosmetic procedures and surgeries, anti aging treatments, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, Botox treatments, regenerative procedures, medical treatments, weight loss centers, healthcare centers, medical spas, aestheticians, chiropractors, dermatologists, psychological support, skin care, products, creams and serums, anti ageing facials, body sculpting, exercise and fitness, personal training, health foods, aromatherapy, massage therapy, holistic procedures and medicine, nutrition, meditation and more for achieving youthfulness and well-being at any age.
The Anti-Ageing EXPO will feature experts in these fields, giving the public an opportunity to ask questions and consult with professionals to see firsthand how they can improve their appearance and health.

Instructions to order your booth: Pick your prime booth location from our Floor Plan and note it on the booth reservation form. If it is available, it is yours. If not, we will recommend the best next location.
1-Fill out the booth reservation form from our website, 2- email it to info@antiageingexpo.com Once we receive it, we will confirm. 3- We recommend that each exhibitor carry their own equipment to their booth on the trade show floor to avoid extra drayage charges by contractor.

By Signing and submitting this form, I accept and understand that there is a no refund policy under any circumstance and all sales are Final. I understand that if any of the trade shows produced Miami Trade Shows incorporated must be postponed or canceled for any act of God, business or legal or for any other reason, that current exhibitors and representatives with agreements will accept a new show date, location or name change determined by the show management. Indecent materials and /or actions will not be permitted at or during the show dates. All of the Miami Trade Shows reserves the right to alter the floor plan in accordance with or without the fire marshal as well as changes in exhibitor’s booth locations when needed and has the right to refuse the sale of booths. All exhibitors will hold harmless and protect all the Miami Trade Shows against any damages, all legal and advertising and marketing claims, offers, accidents, any exhibitors’ expenses or loses, errors in printing in the hard copy show directory, print and electronically and on the Miami Trade Shows website as well as warehouse product storage, drayage and shipping damages occurring before, during overall pre-show set up, break down, show dates and after. Miami Trade Shows Incorporated does not offer credit for exhibitor no-shows or cancellations. No booth will be held if payment has not been received within 10 days after show management receives this agreement. All balance due must be paid on the requested due date, after submitting this agreement. All foreign language exhibitors should translate this agreement for full understanding. Miami Trade Shows incorporated is not responsible for any business transaction or sales that are made before, during the trade show date and after between exhibitor and buyer. Any breakdown before the assigned show closing hour will be charged a penalty. It is prohibited for any person that is not an official exhibitor to sell their products at any Miami Trade Shows. Any damages to any part of the booth package, rug or rentals by exhibitor, exhibitor will be charged for the damage costs and/or repairs. Exhibitor will accept and understands that whatever quantity of attendees and/or exhibitors that attend any of the Miami Trade Shows dates that Miami Trade Shows incorporated has no control or guarantee over how many people will attend and will recognize and accept the marketing, advertising and promotional efforts by show organizer. Exhibitor will hold harmless and protect all trade shows produced by the Miami Trade Shows, its Corporation, its DBA, management personnel, owners, all properties private and corporate and all employees and providers against any and all claims, legal actions and/or potential individual or class action lawsuits and protect any and all trade shows produced by the Miami Trade Shows Incorporated and hold harmless against any and all allegations.
